Ive always found myself drawn to the type of people youre describing. Working at Annapolis Canoe and Kayak, im exposed to a lot of atheletes who cross train, running, cycling, and paddling, getting their outdoor fix. Cycling provides a social and physical activity which honors endurance and time spent on the bike as well as with your friends and fellow enthusiasts. Ive been getting around Annapolis this summer on a road bike. We dont have many bike lanes around here so its a bit of an adventure! Hope San Diego continues to treat you well. I actually lived there after New Zealand for a few years and my memories are full of the ocean. Adam!
